Corinne, alias Coco, is simply one of if not the most talented Salsa artist of his generation.
Immersed in dance since her childhood because of her Caribbean origins, it is almost by chance while working at the reception of a salsa school that Corinne discovered this dance.
A few months later she gave her first initiation course. Then she met the man who would introduce her to the Afro style and who would be her partner for 4 years, "Dady Saint-Thomas". Together they created 5 shows that they presented in many international salsa congresses (Hamburg, Nice, Stockholm, Boston, New York, Marseille, Vienna, Bordeaux, etc...)
Her love for the stage pushes her to start a formation of classical dance, contemporary, mordern jazz, street jazz. This in order to perfect her technique and her stage performances. At the same time she continues to teach her particular style drawing from her extended dance range.
The style she develops pleases a lot and she wins with 4 different partners 4 competitions in 4 participations, the Steps to Get In contest of Bern and Pasaporte the reference competition in French-speaking Switzerland that she will be called to judge several times.
She then started a collaboration with Diana Taveira in Geneva with whom she performed 3 shows in Europe (London, Paris, Salsorro, Zurich, Geneva, Lyon). The girls then set up the Riddim troupe with Karuk Gregoire and Fred Dancefloor where the values of originality, multi-culture, sharing, musicality and fun are shared and transpire in their choreographies that they present on many European stages (Marseille, Paris, Verona, Venice, Huesca, Monaco, Geneva, Zurich, Bern...)
Today Corinne has acquired a mastered technique and a unique style that she continues to develop. She now participates in several dance projects in parallel: She has joined the Dancefloor company and school where she continues to work with her partner Fred Dancefloor on stage creation in lyrical and original performances. She has also started a project with Aroa Jimenez, reference dancer of NY style and manager and main teacher of the MultiFa-Skool school in Lyon.
